Also, I only have one friend that also uses Chime, so I end up with 2 unused boosts a month. I'm fairly new to Chime and still figuring everything out. I'm curious if it does the same to the credit card. If I swipe my debit card to access my spotme, will it instead charge my credit card and take the balance I have there? I know it will take from my savings if it's in the positive and my checking is at zero. But I still have money on my credit card because I'm waiting for my water bill to come out on the 20th. I need to use my spotme on my debit card to pay for groceries. If I have money on my credit builder card, but my other two accounts are at zero, can I use my debit card spotme that's available or will it take the money off my credit card? (Go to Settings > Credit Builder Card > Safer Credit Building to turn on this feature. On-time payments are an important part of building credit. I apologize if it's been answered and I've overlooked it. If you choose to turn on the Safer Credit Building feature, Chime will automatically use the money set aside to pay off any outstanding balance. It helps you build credit by letting you borrow against the money you put into your Credit Builder account and reports your progress to top credit bureaus. I've been searching the past couple of days to find an answer for this. Hello To clarify, our Credit Builder card is a secured credit card.
